- Wait for one of our techs to contact you with instructions.
- We will inspect your drone and we give you options for getting it fixed.
We offer fast worldwide shipping. The shipping fees estimates are calculated in the cart by entering your shipping address, this calculator is also provided on the payment screen. Every order we ship will have a tracking number. You will receive an email with a tracking number once we ship the item.
Most of the time, orders for items in stock place before 3 p.m. central time, get shipped on the same day, unless there are customization requirements.

Before you can return an item, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping merchandise back to us. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization send an email to Support@droneworld.io
In your email, you must include the following:
- Which item you are returning (if the order included multiple items)
Ship to the following address:

- You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Unopened boxes can be returned with no questions asked within our 10 day policy (from delivery date). Opened product can be returned and must be in new working order (subject to our discretion). Opened boxes will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
